Dr. Mary E. Boname is the co-owner and co-founder of Montgomery Eye Care. She has been a licensed Optometric Physician since 1994. Dr. Boname diagnoses, manages, and treats diseases of the eye and Adnexa.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology & Behavior from Cornell University, a Master of Science from Bucknell University, and a Doctorate from The New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Boname is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry, F.A.A.O. To qualify and maintain this Fellowship, Dr. Boname is evaluated against the highest standards of professional competence. To learn more about the Fellowship click here.

Benedict A. Fazio is the co-owner, co-founder, and Optician of Montgomery Eye Care. He is
responsible for all ophthalmic consultations including hand selecting, custom measuring, and fully adjusting all frames for patients.

Ben has served the Belle Mead area for the past three decades specializing in ophthalmic optics. His interest in eye care began in college while training under a state-boarded guild optician. During this apprenticeship, he learned the fundamentals of ophthalmic optics in a hands-on environment.

Experience, patience, and heart are why patients continue to come back to Ben. During each consultation he not only makes sure his patients feel comfortable in their new frames, but educates them on best practices and proper use.
